Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 10 days of receiving your order (or tracking delivery confirmation) on unworn and original-condition items.

To initiate a return, customers are required to contact us via email prior to sending any items back. Returns sent without prior notice may not be accepted.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 10 days from the date of delivery or tracking confirmation, applicable to unworn, unused items in original condition.

To ensure a smooth return process, customers are required to contact us via email before sending any items back. Requests must be submitted in advance; returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

– You received an incorrect item

– The item arrived damaged or with compromised packaging

– The item has manufacturing defects

– Delivery exceeded the estimated shipping timeframe

– The carrier does not allow inspection prior to payment (if applicable)

All returned items must be:

– Unworn, unused, and in original condition

– Returned in original packaging with all protective materials intact

– Securely packed inside a protective carton box to ensure safe transportation (preferably the same outer packaging used for delivery)
